Our collection aims to shine light on the subject through use of a traditional South Asian art form, depicting women in all walks of life. In doing so, we strive to build a more inclusive web3 landscape for all, celebrating and elevating these art forms in the digital realm.

At the heart of our mission is accessibility; we're democratizing digital art by offering our collection at no cost and collaborating with artists and collectors from varied backgrounds.

Reflecting on the Creative Journey: The Making of Janani

Our Founder's vision for Janani was sparked by the rich artistic heritage of Nepal, particularly Mithila Art from the Mithila Region of Nepal. This traditional South Asian art form has been a beacon of empowerment, providing income and empowerment for many women across generations. They come together in the creation of Mithila Art, showcasing collective strength and creativity.

Each piece in the Janani collection is a tribute to these women, representing them in various life roles and scenarios. Our goal is to illuminate this subject through our art, using the traditional Mithila form as a foundation.
